Delivery
AUSTIN’S CARPETS will arrange deliver to mainland England & Wales*. There is a standard charge of £20 per order(not per item). We also offer a local delivery service in Nottingham for £10.00. We offer free delivery for all orders in excess of £500.
Delivery of stock items will normally be completed within 4 working days (excluding bank holidays) of the confirmed receipt of your order. You will be contacted with your delivery day*.
Non-stock items will be processed as a matter of urgency and you will receive a progress report as soon as a firm delivery date is available.
All transactions MUST be delivered to the card holders registered address. (unless other arrangements have been arranged)
NB The delivery's are kerb side only & the driver will require able-bodied assistance for heavy orders at the delivery point.
Important when your goods arrive please inspect the packaging & goods for visible damage (in transit) before you sign for your delivery. If there is any visible damage please report this on the delivery note .The carriers will not be liable for any damage not reported on delivery note when signed.
* As we use a courier all delivery times & dates are estimates, Austins Carpets can not be hold responsible for any late deliveries.

(The maximum weight per item carried is 85kg there is no limit to the number of items carried)
Cancellations & Returns
AUSTIN’S CARPETS will accept the return of whole orders (excluding special orders) providing notification is given to us within 7 working days of the receipt of your order.
We will refund the total balance charged to your debit or credit card less the initial delivery costs and a 10% restocking fee. We will refund delivery costs if AUSTIN'S CARPETS is found to be at fault with your order.
This is subject to the goods being returned wrapped in their original condition and having not been used or cut in any shape or form.
All credits we be processed within 14 working days.
Please note that colours may vary between monitor setting we recommend you order a sample prior to ordering you flooring. Austin's Carpets will not be responsible for any charges regarding colour change.
